Christopher Villasenor, Attorney

For over 30 years, Mr. Villasenor has represented plaintiffs in successfully resolving and litigating hundreds of complex Personal Injury, Business, shareholder and partnership disputes, and Real Estate matters at the State and Federal levels. He has participated in hundreds of arbitrations and mediations and served as lead counsel in numerous civil trials.
Mr. Villasenor’s previous experience, representing major insurance companies in the defense of litigation matters, increases his ability to anticipate the arguments of the defense and effectively prepare for them in advance.

On the transactional side, Mr. Villasenor has invaluable experience in intellectual property, real estate matters, contracts and license agreements. He consults individuals and companies in proper business formation, and negotiation and preparation of most types of business, employment, consulting and real estate contracts which help his clients maximize profits and minimize their liability.

With over 3 decades of legal and business experience, Vickie Broderick has developed exceptional organizational and communication skills which lend themselves to assisting the Personal Injury, Business and Real Estate clients of Villasenor Law Offices.
As a highly skilled Paralegal, Vickie has direct contact with clients and with her supreme interpersonal skills and background provides exceptional litigation and transactional service. She supports Villasenor Law Offices by providing case management, scheduling and research support as well as performing various administrative, organizational and investigative duties. Vickie assists greatly with litigation support, drafts pleadings and discovery, organizes exhibits, and helps prepare the attorney(s) and clients for meetings, hearings, mediations and trials. In addition, she assists in drafting contracts, leases and other transactional documents for review by the attorney(s).

Monica Lillo, Law Clerk
Monica Lillo is a third-year law student and an associate editor for the California Western Law Review. At Villasenor Law Offices, Monica performs research on a variety of litigation and transactional issues, drafts discovery, and organizes legal files.
During law school, Monica worked for a local Judge for one term, and she is entering her third term at Villasenor Law Offices. She is studying to write the California Bar Exam in the summer of 2022.
